Start off making slow changes so you don’t overwhelm yourself. Eat smaller portions, and make healthier choices. Slowly incorporate exercise into your days/weeks. And drink plenty of water!

Losing weight is pretty much just a math game though. 1 lb of fat = 3500 calories. Have a deficit of 500 calories every day, and you’ll lose 1 lb a week. So let’s say your body resting metabolism is 1800 calories, just cut it back to 1300 calories to lose one pound a week.. add exercise to that and you’d lose even more!
