Fell off track..
Okay so the holidays got to me and I failed with that, I gained everything back and probably a little more. Plus I got giftcards to restaurants.. GEEZUS. But after new years, all the holidays will be out of the way and I should be good to go again.  You only fail if you give up! This is a set back, for sure, but I’m not givin up.

So I fasted from 7 pm last night to about 7 pm tonight, a total of 24 hours. At first I was a little hungry, then I was alright.
