I’m so disappointed in myself. These last two months I’ve just completely fallen off everything I set out to do… What’s worse is that instead of dieting, or even just maintaining my weight, I’ve been binge eating. Not just for a couple days.. like the past month at least. I must’ve gained weight, but I’ve been TOO afraid to look at the scale. Any one have...

I’m still alive! I know I haven’t been very active lately.. but a lot is going on. My fiance and I just put in an application today for a house we’re trying to rent.. I REALLY hope we get it!
My weight has been up and down lately though. It seems like it just won’t go below 136. The alli pills kind of made me constipated.. so I took a laxative and I think that cleared...

I think I want some sushi today.. hmmmm. Oh, and I’m 137 today. Was 140.2 lbs about two weeks ago, so that’s steady progress.
136.8 lbs today! Just 8 days ago I was 140.2 lbs. The alli pills are helping so much, because they’re forcing me to stick to my diet. It won’t take long to get to my goal weight.. I’m so happy.

So I decided to weigh myself on Sundays as I’ve said before.. I think. Last Sunday I weighed 140.2 lbs. Today I weigh 137.2 lbs. :))) yayyyyy! So happy.
